Refund policy

Return/Cancelation Policy:

Returns: We accept returns only within 1 day of receiving your product. To initiate a return, please contact us at picashu.online@gmail.com. You must provide an unedited video of the unboxing process. Returns will only be accepted for damaged or missing items, and the product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds:  Refunds are issued if the product is returned in its original condition within 3 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To start the refund process, contact us at the same email address.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after they are placed. Cancellations are not accepted after this time, however, you can email the cancellation request within 24 hours of the order being placed to picashu.online@gmail.com
